Marjorie Dickinson RN, LMT

A Jacksonville Beach native, Marjorie Dickinson began her interest in studying the human body as a medieval French Literature scholar at Columbia University. She became fascinated in the detailed anatomical studies influenced by the bubonic plague. After graduating from college, she embarked on a radical journey, completing the Therapeutic Massage and Hydrotherapy program at the Florida School of Massage. She went on to graduate from their teacher training program in 2006 with a focus on Anatomy & Physiology.

Seeking to diversify her healthcare skills, Marjorie earned her BSN from the University of North Florida and, after obtaining RN licensure, has worked in both the Emergency and Medical/Surgical units at the hospital. She is currently pursuing her Doctorate of Nursing Practice in Family Medicine.  

Away from the bedside, Marjorie enjoys running, hiking, and painting,
